Our warranty requests have been minimal - Paul has been very prompt in getting in touch with us to schedule appointments and following up items are fixed/completed if a trade vendor is involved. Chris McCrone and Amy have continued to provide assistance with any questions that have come up, directing us where to go if they were unable to help.

We enjoyed working with Julie and Hunter. Both are always kind, helpful and wonderful to work with. They made the purchase process easy, simple, walked us through every step of the way, most importantly they answered all questions and returned all calls! We relocated from another state and Julie was there to take care of everything needed and sent us daily updates and pictures as the home was being constructed.

I liked that they took time to walk through everything and show us exactly how to do some things.

Tammy, our sales counselor, was attentive and well versed about the process. The field manager was very helpful, personable and kept me informed each step along the way... Overall, we are pleased.

[Rendition Homes] provided a high quality of management past the sales counselor. The field manager was exceptional.  He was truthful and did not over promise. His ability to make sure our concerns were heard and dealt with was like we had never seen. (We have built 3 new homes in our 20 years of marriage and this is the best that has ever been done!!!)

Tammy, the sales counselor, was very helpful. She even returned a call to a question I had when she was in Mexico on her vacation. The field  manager made the whole experience very pleasant. He answered my questions, made sure I got what I wanted, returned my texts and phone calls promptly. He even checks on us if we see him out in the neighborhood.

Brooke was always available for any questions that I had and represented the company very well. The field manager is very knowledgeable and always willing to take time and explain anything I was unsure about.
