Home and community information, including pricing, included features, terms, availability and amenities, are subject to change at any time without notice. Renderings, drawings, pictures, photographs, videos, square footages, floor plans, elevations, features, colors and sizes are approximate for illustration purposes only and will vary from the built homes. Home prices refer to the base price of the house and do not include options or premiums, unless otherwise indicated for a specific home. Incentives and seller contributions may require the use of certain lenders or title companies, some of which may be associated with Rendition Homes. Not all people will qualify for all offers. Promotional offers are typically limited to specific homes and communities and are subject to terms and conditions. SMS TEXT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By submitting your contact information, you are opting into communications by email, text and/or phone in response to your request to receive additional information.
2. When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include offers, promotions, or other information related to HistoryMaker Homes and/or affiliated businesses.
3. You can opt-out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START,” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
